Healthy Blueberry Balls
  1. Throw the blueberries, oats, almond flour, ⅓ cup coconut shreds and dates into your food processor and pulse until smooth consistency - should take 30+ seconds.

  2. Form small balls about 1 tablespoon each.

  3. Roll the balls in the remaining coconut shreds and serve.

  4. Store leftovers in an air tight container in your fridge.
