Pear or apple or sweet potato Chocolate Torte
  1. Peel, core and chop the pears.

  2. Boil pears in water for 10 minutes, until soft, then drain.

  3. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat.

  4. Blend the pears and chocolate in a blender until smooth, then spoon half into a 4" cake tin or similar, add the peanut butter then spoon the remaining chocolate mixture on top.

  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set, dust with cacao if you like, then enjoy!
