  1. Add all beef ingredients to slow cooker and mix well

  2. Cook on low heat for 3-4 hours

  3. While beef cooks, prepare low calorie spicy mayo by mixing light mayo, gochujang, sriracha, yuzu ponzu, and sesame oil until smooth

  4. Cook noodles according to package instructions

  5. Combine cooked noodles with beef and mix thoroughly

  6. Cover for 10-15 minutes to finish cooking noodles

  7. Divide into 7 equal servings

  8. Top with low calorie spicy mayo and green onion greens

  9. Store frozen for best results

  10. Reheat in microwave for 3-4 minutes with 1 tablespoon water added
