In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt
Add the yogurt and mix until a sticky dough forms
Dump out the dough and knead for 1-2 mins until uniform and less sticky
Let rest for 15 mins (it will be a lot less sticky after resting)
Divide into 4 equal balls
Heat a large skillet over medium heat
Flatten the dough balls by hand and gently stretch into desired shape
Using 2 sheets of parchment paper, roll as thin as possible
Stretch again by hand by gently pulling at the sides while rotating the dough
When the skillet is evenly heated, cook for 1 minute, then flip and cook an additional 30-45 seconds until bubbly and golden (either use a nonstick skillet or add a small amount of cooking spray)
Let cool then use for any recipe you want; it's great for wraps, as pizza dough and for dipping in sauces
