3 Ingredient Banana Bread
  1. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix together.

  3. Stir in the self-raising flour until just combined.

  4. Optional: Add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and mix in.

  5. Pour the batter into a greased and lined loaf tin.

  6. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 45-50 minutes, until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

  7. Allow the banana bread to cool in the tin for 30 minutes before removing and cooling completely on a wire rack.
