Non-dairy Eggnog Brûlée French Toast
  1. Whisk eggs in a large bowl. Then whisk in the Planet Oat Oat Nog, cinnamon, salt, and maple syrup.

  2. Dunk each slice of bread in the batter for about 2 seconds and transfer to a plate.

  3. In a large nonstick pan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp vegan butter. Add the bread and cook on each side until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Remove to a tray and repeat with remaining slices and butter.
