Butter Chicken, Paratha & Green Yoghurt Chutney
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces overnight.

  2. Braise some sliced onions till golden brown, then add your marinated chicken to the pot, adding some water to prevent burning.

  3. When halfway cooked, add tomato puree carefully.

  4. When almost done, add Kasoor methi, brown sugar, and crushed cashews, and give a boil.

  5. Lastly, add fresh cream, stir, and give another boil to blend flavors.

  6. Garnish with fresh coriander, paratha, and yoghurt chutney.
