In a mixing bowl combine marinade ingredients. Add thinly sliced ribeye and sliced onions. Let that marinate for at least half an hour
Cook vermicelli noodles to packages instructions, then rinse in cold water to stop the cooking process and toss in oil to prevent noodles from sticking to each other
Then in a frying pan, add oil and add beef in batches to make sure we don't overcrowd the pan and steam the beef. Let the beef get a nice hard sear before moving around and fully cooking
Assemble bowl by adding noodles, beef, toppings and garnishes
