Charred And Braised Cabbage
  1. Cut the sweetheart cabbage into wedges

  2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium-high heat

  4. Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the chicken stock

  5. Season with sea salt and fresh black pepper to taste
