Preheat oven to 425°
Pour egg whites into a bowl and mix on high speed with a hand mixer or stand mixer using whisk attachment
Beat for 3-5 minutes until stiff peaks form
Add seasonings and arrowroot (or corn starch) and mix on low or fold in gently
Line a baking sheet with parchment and grease the parchment with oil
Spread egg whites into an even layer and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown
Fill with your favorite sandwich fillings and enjoy
