Egg White Protein Wrap
  1. Preheat oven to 425°

  2. Pour egg whites into a bowl and mix on high speed with a hand mixer or stand mixer using whisk attachment

  3. Beat for 3-5 minutes until stiff peaks form

  4. Add seasonings and arrowroot (or corn starch) and mix on low or fold in gently

  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment and grease the parchment with oil

  6. Spread egg whites into an even layer and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown

  7. Fill with your favorite sandwich fillings and enjoy
