Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder & baking soda until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Scoop dough into balls (about 1.5 tablespoons each) onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet so they can firm up.
