  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.

  4. Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer.

  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
