Lamb & Feta Balls With Tomatoes On Greek Yoghurt
  1. Place the mince, half the chopped onion, one clove of garlic, rosemary, feta, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

  2. Take a tablespoon and roll into balls.

  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan.

  4. Add the remaining onion and garlic, then cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Stir in the tomatoes and simmer – season with salt and pepper.

  6. Fold through one cup of basil.

  7. Brown the meatballs and add them to the tomatoes.

  8. When ready to serve, spread the yoghurt on a plate using the back of a spoon.

  9. Top with the tomatoes and meatballs.

  10. Sprinkle the remaining basil over the dish.

  11. Serve bread or toast alongside to scoop up the goodness.
