High-protein Cottage Cheese Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a quarter sheet pan (13 x 9 inches) with parchment paper.

  2. Add cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.

  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds or Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel seasoning on top, if desired.

  5. Bake in the oven until cooked and golden brown, 30-35 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool. Enjoy the bread on its own or use it to make sandwiches with tomatoes, chopped avocado, lettuce and protein.
