Cook the uncooked long grain rice according to package directions
Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat
Add minced garlic and diced red onion, sauté until fragrant
Add chicken and chilis, cook until chicken is browned and cooked through
Add green beans to the pan
In a small bowl, mix together light soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and honey
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables, stir well to combine
Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes until green beans are tender-crisp
Garnish with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds
Serve over cooked rice
