Chili garlic noodles
  1. Mix together Chinese Light soy sauce, Chinese Dark soy sauce, Korean red pepper powder (Gochugaru), black vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds to make the sauce

  2. Heat a little oil in a pan

  3. Add ground pork to the pan

  4. Season with salt, pepper and the minced garlic, ginger, and green onions

  5. Cook the pork until done

  6. Add the sauce to the pan and mix well

  7. Cook or prepare noodles according to package directions

  8. Combine the cooked noodles with the pork and sauce

  9. Top with green onions and enjoy
