Add the chicken breast, olive oil and seasoning to a large mixing bowl. Mix well with hands.
Add to a non stick pan and cook for 3 mins.
Add the Parmesan and onion and cook for further 7-8 mins.
Meanwhile, make the dipping sauce by adding all ingredients and mixing thoroughly.
Assemble the wrap by adding the lettuce to the centre, followed by the chicken, then folding.
Add to the same pan and crispen each side for 1-2 mins.
Wrap bottom half of wrap in foil to hold together and serve.
