In your shaker, combine lemon, simple, gin, elderflower, and edible glitter.
Shake with ice for 8 seconds.
Strain into a wine glass with your Christmas tree ice cubes and top with Prosecco.
Garnish with an additional rosemary spring & some juniper berries.
To make your ice cubes cut small pieces of rosemary and freeze upside down in a small ice tray.
