  2. Layer your sweet potato on the base of a prepared loaf tin

  4. Add another layer of sliced sweet potato

  5. Top with spinach, feta and tomatoes

  6. Pour over the egg and ensure it’s evenly spread

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes
