Easy Biscuits
  1. Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, salt) with a paddle mixer

  2. Cut cold butter into tablespoon-sized pieces and add to dry ingredients

  3. Mix on low speed for about one minute until butter pieces are distributed throughout

  4. Add ¾ cup milk and mix for about 10 seconds until a shaggy dough forms

  5. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a rectangle

  6. Fold dough in half, then fold again

  7. Roll out dough until about 1 inch thick

  8. Cut biscuits using a round cookie cutter

  9. Place biscuits on a baking sheet

  10. Stack and reroll remaining dough, then cut additional biscuits

  11. Bake at 425°F for 12 minutes

  12. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter

  13. Drizzle with hot honey before serving
