Start by popping your pasta onto boil.
Fry off the chorizo until the oils are starting to release and then add in the seasoned chicken.
Once that's browned add in the onion and cook until soft, then add in the garlic.
Cook that for 30 seconds or so before adding in the flour.
Cook that off for a few minutes before slowly adding in the stock and milk, bit by bit, stirring continuously until a thick sauce is formed.
Add in the herbs along with the cooked pasta and a little pasta water to get the perfect consistency.
