For Garam Masala Syrup - Heat 1 cup water and 1.5 cups sugar just until the sugar is completely dissolved. Towards the end, add 3 tablespoon Garam masala. Turn the heat off and cool to room temp. Strain into a container you can keep in the fridge. It will last about a week.
For cocktail Dry Shake (without ice) Gin, Lemon juice, Garam syrup, & egg white for 30 seconds.
Add ice and shake again until chilled
pour over ice
