  1. Line spring form cake pan using a parchment paper.

  2. In a blender add tofu, cream or coconut milk, corn starch, vanilla, orange and zest.

  3. Blend until smooth, making sure the sugar is completely incorporated, and the mixture is light, fluffy, and lump-free.

  4. Pour the batter into the lined cake tin.

  5. Preheat the air fryer 180C for 5 minutes.

  6. Bake in the air fryer for 35 minutes at 191C.

  7. Remove from the air fryer and let it completely cool on a wire rack.

  8. Then chill in the refrigerator over night or at least 12 hours.

  9. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl or jug.
