Samosa Chaat Recipe
  1. Take a deep plate for individual serving. Make a bed of chana masala. You’ll need ⅓ - ½ cup of it for 1 large size samosa.

  2. Break & mash the samosa into 2-3 pieces and place it in the center.

  3. Drizzle around 2 tablespoons of green chutney.

  4. Drizzle around 2-3 tablespoons of tamarind date chutney.

  5. Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of whisked salted yogurt.

  6. Sprinkle a generous pinch of chaat masala, followed by a tiny pinch of red chili powder.

  7. Sprinkle around 2 tablespoons of chopped onion. Then sprinkle some chopped cilantro.

  8. Followed by around 2-3 tablespoons of sev. Serve it right away before samosa and sev gets soggy.
