In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Place 1 tbsp of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Gather the edges and pinch to seal into a ball.
Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the bombs in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2–3 minutes.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm with sweet chili sauce or soy dipping sauce.
