White Chicken Chili
  1. Put the chicken breasts in the bottom of a Crock Pot

  2. Top with the McCormick white chicken chili seasoning packet

  3. Rinse the canned beans and add them to the Crock Pot

  4. Add the diced minced onion and garlic

  5. Add the 4 cups of water and the chicken bouillon

  6. Stir everything together

  7. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7 hours

  8. Remove the chicken, shred it, and add it back to the Crock Pot

  9. Use the back of a spoon to mash some of the beans to thicken the chili

  10. Stir everything together
