Mix all ingredients until no dry flour remains - no kneading needed
Cover the dough and let it rest at room temperature for 40 minutes
Sprinkle flour over the dough
Gently scrape the dough onto parchment paper without crushing it
Transfer the dough to a baking dish (cake pan 12 x 6 recommended)
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes
Moisten the surface with water and sprinkle flour over the dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C (410°F) for 30 minutes until crispy on the outside
