Pop your pasta into boiling water with a good amount of salt
Meanwhile fry your sausages until they're broken into pieces and going crispy
Add in the herbs and spices and cook for a minute or so
Add in the garlic and tomato purée and cook for another few minutes
Add in the sriracha, chilli oil and cream and cook for another minute
Add in the cooked pasta, adding pasta water until it's the perfect consistency
Garnish with chilli and parsley
Serve and enjoy
