Roast the pork for 25 to 30 minutes per pound.
Ensure the internal temperature reaches between 145°F (medium-rare) and 160°F (medium) when measured at the thickest part of the meat.
After cooking, let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing. The center may appear slightly pink.
