Mix sauce ingredients until thick. Lay chicken breasts in slow cooker. Add half of the Peanut Miso sauce before cooking (and half after cooking). Add broth to thin sauce.
Cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 4-5 hours.
Evenly distribute the peanut miso chicken, steamed rice, and green onions to 7 meal prep containers.
Store frozen, microwave to reheat, and enjoy!
