Cucumber Noodle Salad With Peanut Gochujang Sauce
  1. In your serving bowl, combine peanut butter, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, hot water, chili garlic crisp, garlic and rice vinegar. Set aside.

  2. Make the cucumber by using a Julienne peeler or a vegetable spiral slicer. Add the Cucumber to the peanut dressing and add sesame oil, stir to coat the noodles and top with green onion and toasted sesame seeds. Devour!
