Jiffy Cornbread With Creamed Corn
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and grease an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

  2. Pour cornbread muffin mix into a mixing bowl.

  3. Add eggs, milk, oil, and a can of creamed corn. Mix well.

  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and starts to crack. If you live at a higher elevation the bake time will be more like 40-50 minutes.

  5. Serve with whipped honey butter or hot honey butter.
