Add the honey and chili flakes to a small pot or pan over medium heat.
Gently heat the honey (you don't want to bring to a boil at all, you are just warming the 2 components together) until you see small bubbles forming along the edges of the pan.
When you see that, remove the pan from the heat.
Let the honey infuse for 5 minutes.
Add the hot sauce and vinegar.
At this point you can keep it as is or strain the chili flakes out.
When it is completely cool, pour in a glass jar and store in a cool dry place.
Will last a couple of months.
