Hot Honey
  1. Add the honey and chili flakes to a small pot or pan over medium heat.

  2. Gently heat the honey (you don't want to bring to a boil at all, you are just warming the 2 components together) until you see small bubbles forming along the edges of the pan.

  3. When you see that, remove the pan from the heat.

  4. Let the honey infuse for 5 minutes.

  5. Add the hot sauce and vinegar.

  6. At this point you can keep it as is or strain the chili flakes out.

  7. When it is completely cool, pour in a glass jar and store in a cool dry place.

  8. Will last a couple of months.
