Nikki's Enchiladas

Corn tortillas

1 28 oz. can Old El Paso echilada sauce

1 lb. ground beef or chicken

1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup

Shredded cheese

Cook and season meat and mix with soup. Set aside to cool. Warm tortillas in damp paper towels in microwave. Fill tortillas with meat. Sprinkle with a little cheese if desired. Roll tortillaa and place in dish seam side down. Cover with sauce and cheese. Bake at 375 for 20 to 30 minutes.
