Jangjorim Korean Inspired Flank Steak Recipe
  1. Peel your garlic cloves and dice your jalapeños and onion

  2. Cut your meat into small cubes

  3. In a pot of boiling water, cook your meat for 7 minutes. Then, drain the water and impurities.

  4. In a new pot filled with water, cook your meat on medium heat for 45 minutes. Then, drain the remaining water.

  5. In the pot with the meat, add your ½ cup water, fresh garlic cloves, diced onion, soy sauce, and jalapeño slices and mix well while cooking for 15 minutes on medium heat.

  6. Let it cool down, tear apart the beef with your fingers into small strips, and pour it all into an air tight container to enjoy later!
