Place a whole Camembert (in its wooden box) into an ovenproof dish and score the top in a criss-cross pattern
Scatter around 10-12 quartered figs, a handful of walnuts, sprigs of rosemary, chilli flakes, sea salt, pepper, and a generous drizzle of honey around the cheese
Bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is molten and the figs are caramelised
Serve with crusty baguette or crackers and finish with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
