1 pineapple, skinned, cored and chopped
2 tbs dark brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
1 lime
2 tbs white sugar
6 basil leaves
Coat pineapple in brown sugar and cinnamon, then caramelize in hot skillet
Add to blender with lime juice, white sugar and basil
Blend well
Freeze in Ninja Creami container
