Low Carb Pizza Crust
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a pizza tray.

  2. Combine mozzarella, almond flour, and cream cheese; microwave until melted.

  3. Add egg and stir into dough.

  4. Roll dough between parchment to ¼ inch.

  5. Transfer to tray, poke with fork.

  6. Spread sauce, add cheese and toppings.

  7. Bake 15 minutes until golden.

  8. Garnish with basil, slice, and serve.
