Quick Pho (30 Minutes)
  1. Char/roast the yellow onion and ginger knob

  2. Add 4 quarts of water to a pot

  3. Add the charred onion and ginger to the water

  4. Add pho spices (star anise, cinnamon stick, cardamom pod, cloves, fennel seeds, coriander seeds) to the broth

  5. Add 6 small pieces of rock sugar to the broth

  6. Add 2 TBSP Knorr Chicken Powder to the broth

  7. Add 1.5 TBSP fish sauce to the broth

  8. Bring broth to a boil and simmer

  9. Shred the rotisserie chicken

  10. Cook pho noodles according to package directions

  11. Assemble bowls with noodles and shredded chicken

  12. Pour hot broth over noodles and chicken

  13. Serve with chopped scallion, cilantro, thinly sliced onions, hoisin sauce, sriracha, chili oil/paste, lemon, and herbs
