Whipped Peanut Butter Yoghurt Bowl With Berry Compote & Banana Swirl
  1. Microwave raspberries 45–60 seconds. Mash, stir in chia seeds, set aside 5–10 minutes to thicken

  2. Mash half a banana with a teaspoon of peanut butter until smooth

  3. Add yoghurt, peanut butter and honey to a bowl. Whip for a full 60 seconds until light and mousse-like

  4. Pour whipped yoghurt into a wide shallow bowl. Ripple the berry compote through, then swirl the banana peanut butter mix through as a second layer

  5. Top with sliced banana, granola, blueberries and coconut flakes

  6. Drizzle of honey, pinch of flaky sea salt, dusting of cinnamon
