Pulse garlic cloves & basil leaves in a food processor.
Cut cream cheese into small cubes. Add to food processor with feta cheese. Continue to pulse. Over-mixing will cause this to get soupy. Looking for well mixed but not overly beaten.
In a bowl, mix apple cider vinegar into honey.
Pour whipped feta into a flat serving bowl. Using the back of a spoon, flatten out a well in the center & pour in honey. Top with cracked ground pepper & serve with pita.
NOTE : Don’t use dried basil or pre-minced garlic.
