Heat oven according to brownie mix package instructions.
Prepare brownie batter as directed on the box.
Pour into a greased 9×13-inch pan and bake until set. Let cool fully.
Slice into squares or use a round cookie cutter.
Break each cookie half into two even pieces.
Press two cookie wings into each brownie.
Attach candy eyes with melted chocolate or frosting.
Chill 10 minutes to set before serving.
