Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine the almond milk, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Grease a small baking dish or ramekins and pour the batter into it.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool, then top with fresh raspberries.
