Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dip
  1. Add everything to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth (or use an immersion blender like I did)

  2. This can be done up to 2 days in advance and stored in the fridge.

  3. To serve: Place the dip in a shallow bowl, garnish with the walnuts, basil and an extra drizzle of olive oil
