Peppermint Protein Bars
  1. In a bowl, stir together cacao, protein powder, almond flour, and salt.

  2. Add maple syrup, almond butter, peppermint, vanilla, and 1 tbsp milk. Mix until thick and dough-like. Add more milk only if needed.

  3. Press the dough firmly into a parchment-lined loaf pan.

  4. In a separate bowl, blend the cream cheese, protein powder, and Cool Whip until smooth.

  5. Spread frosting evenly over the base.

  6. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.

  7. Freeze for 30 minutes, slice into 7 bars, and store in fridge or freezer.
