Brown butter - medium temp until bubbling and golden brown
Mix together the butter mixture (cooled), 1 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp butterscotch or vanilla essence, and 3 cups flour for the base
Bake on 180 degrees Celsius for 20min
Melt the 250gm white chocolate, 1 tablespoon milk or cream, 50gm butter, and 1 tsp ground ginger for 1min 30 (3 x 30sec increments) for the ganache/icing
