  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F) with top and bottom heat (conventional oven). Line the baking pan (20 x 20 cm or 8 x 8 inches) with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mis together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, coffee, sour cream, eggs, neutral oil, baking soda, vanilla sugat, and salt, and stir until smooth.

  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake on the lower rack of the oven at 150°C (300°F) for 45-60 minutes or until a stick inserted in the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs.

  4. Make the frosting: Melt the chocolate and let it cool completely while remaining pourable. Fold in the sour cream and whisk until smooth and creamy.

  5. Let the cake cool completely before spreading the frosting over the top. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
