FOR THE VEGGIES AND CHICKEN
FOR THE LEMON-TAHINI DRIZZLE
Cut veggies and chicken into 1 inch pieces/cubes. Floret the cauliflower. Lay out on baking sheet(s). Add oils and seasonings to these.
Transfer both of the sheets to the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are just tender.
Meanwhile, in a small jar or container. combine all the drizzle ingredients. Shake until well combined and set aside until ready to serve.
Serve with a wedge of lemon.
