High Protein Beef And Rice Paper Rolls
  1. Cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika

  2. Mix mayo, ketchup, and pickle juice together to make the sauce

  3. Beat eggs in a small bowl then transfer to a plate

  4. Soak 3 rice papers one at a time and lay on a large cutting board overlapping each one

  5. Add cooked beef, cheese, pickle, onion, and sauce to the rice papers

  6. Roll it up tightly

  7. Top with sesame seeds

  8. Cook in air fryer at 400°F for 15-20 minutes
