Hoisin Garlic Tofu
  1. Remove the tofu from the package and pat dry with a paper towel. Slice the tofu in half lengthwise to create two slabs of tofu. Score a diamond pattern across the tofu with shallow cuts (about ¼ inch).

  2. Preheat an air fryer to 400F. Brush the tofu with oil on all sides. Air fry for 6 minutes, flipping halfway.

  3. Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Set aside.

  4. Remove the tofu from the air fryer and brush the sauce on all sides, including the insides of the crevices. Air fry for an additional 2 minutes. Allow the tofu to cool for a few minutes before serving.
